Villar hacked website has an entry dated March 19 claiming to be Kris Aquino and posted this message and asked website visitors to instead vote for Aquino.

“Omigosh kalerky to the max. Imagine, may I gamit pa mga kids sa commercial to make sipsip to the poor. Pano naman kaming mga richhh!”

Reacting to the said hacking of a certain Kris Aquino on Villar’s website, Nacionalista Party said through its spokesman,

“We are extremely disturbed by the hacking of Sen. Manny Villar’s website by persons unknown.

“Underground elements seem to persist, and a cyberwar is being waged against us–what with the flurry of black propaganda texts and ‘mansion hoax’ e-mails to spoofing our identity on social networks…clearly, this hacking attempt was meant to negatively impact on our campaign’s goodwill.”

In fairness, the hacker knows really how to imitate Krissy…LOL!

But the more recent issue is about Kris Aquino’s most recent clash with Ruffa Gutierrez on “The Buzz” with opposing opinions and Kris’ domineering and insensitive remarks taking the best of what the two has.  Ruffa walked out of the “The Buzz”, canceled her last appearance and her mother as usual coming out to the defense of her daughter aimed her big guns on Kris and her brother’s presidential campaign. Annabelle Rama said that Kris is already such an air-headed celebrity even if her brother has not yet won the presidency.

In this particular incident, we can clearly see how Kris Aquino, what she says and does affect the campaign of his brother.  Call it immaturity on the part of some voters for not distinguishing Noynoy from Kris, or smear campaign from his opponents for using the issue but this is campaign season.

Now, Annabelle Rama found a new target for her canons.

The question of who will really rule the country resurfaced again.  Villar has been accused of being the lapdog and secret candidate of GMA who is seen to be perpetuating in power; Gibo Teodoro as another continuation of the rule of a corrupt and morally bankrupt government with his expressed gratitude with Mrs. Arroyo; Br. Eddie questioned with his religion maybe taking over the national government; and now Noynoy Aquino who is seen to be a lame duck against his more vocal and strong-willed sister Kris.

This issue is very crucial as the people is already tired of the old system, of the old ways of governance and the old way of doing things that has perpetuated poverty to its most dismal state.  All we can get from this issue is the fact the people needs a president who could be a man of himself, having the political will not to be dictated upon by anyone other than the welfare of the people.

Going back to the issue with Kris and Ruffa, and Annabelle joining in the fray like an immature mom trying to join in the petty fight of her little daughter with a classmate in nursery school.  The issue may hurt Noynoy’s campaign to some extent and Kris may be asked to once again watch her conduct or words, but I think most voters are already mature enough to separate the two issues; showbiz and political.

And with Annabelle Rama unleashing her tirades against Noynoy’s campaign while the issue is obviously between her daughter and Kris, this alone takes away any credibility to whatever she says.  Is she already bored with looking and counting her diamonds and gold jewels that she won’t let her daughter who is already old enough (hey, she has 2 daughters now!) to take care of herself, defend herself and find ways to settle the issue?  Susmaryusep man dong!

Who will benefit from this hullabaloo?  Maybe Villar as Mrs. Rama bets this orange guy will become the next president, or Rama herself as she will die if her mouth is sealed?

Tirades, accusations and smear campaigns were hurled against each Presidentiables not only during dignified fora and debates but also outside the limitless campaign arena of public opinion.  Some of the hottest issues that each Presidentiables are forced to reckon with are corruption charges, loyalty, campaign spending, charter change and competency.

But all hell breaks loose when innocent little children were dragged into the murky waters of political survival and aspirations.  And the ever-patient Noynoy Aquino was immediately up in arms against those who use his nephews to stain his reputation and presidential campaign.

Joshua Aquino and even Baby James Yap, children of his celebrity sister Kris Aquino were lately been dragged into some issues with the former the subject of malicious text messages and the latter a photoshopped picture making a dirty finger that has circulated on Facebook.

Here is Noynoy Aquino’s reaction with the English translation from Inquirer.Net:

Noong isang araw po may text na dumating sa telepono ko. Sa dami nilang pera, tatlo beses pong pumasok sa telepono ko. Nakalagay po dun, yung pamangkin ko raw hong si Joshua, adviser ko sa kasalan (The other day, I received a text message in my phone. Because they had a lot of money, I received it three times. It said there that my nephew is my adviser for my wedding).

Alam nyo naman po si Joshua, special child. Yan po inaaruga, minamahal. Pero itong mga kalaban natin pati yung special child pinapatulan, hindi naman kasama dito. Anong klaseng mga tao naman yan? (Joshua is a special child who needs care and love. Our enemies are using a special child who is not party to politics against me. What kind of people are they).

So wala pa ho tayo sa election, talaga hong gagawin nila lahat para tayo magkaroon ng hidwaan, pagdududahin kayo (So even without the election, they will use everything to cause strife and doubt).

Hindi po natin mapapantayan yung ads sa TV dahil kelangan ng salapi (We cannot match the TV ads because that entails money).

Ang mapagmamalaki ko lang po, tinuro sa akin ng mga magulang ko, sumandal ka sa taumbayan. Yan ang pinakamatatag, yan ang hindi kayang hintuin ng salapi, yan ang hindi kayang harangin ng kasinungalingan at kaya naman po matapang ako (What I’m proud of, my parents taught me, trust on the people. That is the most durable that money can’t buy, that lies cannot defeat. That’s why I’m courageous).

Kris Aquino on the other hand has cried foul over the photos circulating on social networking giant Facebook with her son flashing his middle finger.  The photo turned out to be photoshopped and she was so sad at the fact that her son is being used by political enemies by his brother Noynoy to cast malicious acts on them.

I think there is no big problem with mudslinging, bickering and hurling accusations against each other for Presidentiables, for these acts help the voters discern and discover who they are really to vote for.  But when little innocent children dragged into the political fray just because they are affiliated to some presidentiable or politician running for public office, it already tells us how irresponsible and desperate political groups are into fighting back their competitors.  These acts certainly constitute a grave abuse on the children, and if people can abuse even the most innocent and helpless among the citizens, how much more the educated, the strong and the vocal.

The campaign is just starting and I guess we have to expect more rude and nasty political campaign strategies to be employed not only by those running for national posts but more so to those fighting for local positions.

In the past days since his brother Noynoy declared of running for the presidential position on 2010, her excitement could never be tamed for the renewed attention and has never stopped also on stepping on the spotlight and sharing without caution some of the most revealing if not embarrassing inside scoops on the life of his brother. Kris Aquino in the news with husband James Yap and Baby James Aquino Yap flasing the “L” sign.

Her appearances on TV recently bring a nostalgic feel. Kris Aquino as a young lovely little girl took the stage and campaigned for his father the late Sen. Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino; the people obviously was so captivated with her innocence, wit and longing for her father. Ninoy Aquino won. That was a perfect.

Today, she has certainly taken the center stage once again revealing to the media and to the whole world how she seemingly tries to “dictate” his brother Noynoy on lots of things: Josh requesting Noynoy not to get married as being his only protector; her comment on Noynoy’s girlfriend Shalani Soledad that earned for her the ire of some people of Valenzuela; trying to show to the public her support for Noynoy’s relationship by telling the whole world that she will shoulder the wedding’s expenses; telling everyone about her urging for Noynoy to have makeover ranging from his balding head, what to wear, pants with pleats, trousers, barongs, eyeglasses, haircut, hiring for him famous fashion designers to take care of his “baduy” outfits.

Wow, a presidentiable being undressed by his younger sister before the whole world!

On a political milieu that thrives on image and marks one’s political survival in return, Kris Aquino’s most recent irritating candidness is a double-edged sword that Noynoy has to endure. Or his political spinsters will try to balance out with a new approach.

First: Noynoy could certainly have an improve image/looks to the voting public with a sister who is obsessed with image and attention, dictating him and guiding him of what is in and what is out in terms of fashion. In short, Noynoy will look better of course but not necessarily more handsome.

But, the second part is something for him to think over. With her sister unmasking to the public things that are considered personal and embarrassing for a presidentiable, Kris Aquino is just painting a bad image for his brother. The Palace is challenging Noynoy to become a man of himself and not merely living under the shadows of his parents so much so under the shadow and dictates of his sister in this instance.

It may be said that what Kris is so far doing is more of helping his brother have a physical makeover, but it is also leaving an image to the public that Noynoy has this sister who will always engage on his affairs if not reveal to the public some of the things he considers personal. That is a bad image for a Presidentiable much more of a President, especially on a time when the whole nation is looking for a President who could not be dictated, someone with political will and conviction.

Now I am hearing Erap Estrada saying, “Walang kai-kaibigan, walang kamag-anak, walang kapatid.”

What Noynoy will gain with a new physical makeover he will all lose and maybe even have to pay more to a bad image that Kris Aquino is painting on the public eye.

This time I am not pretty sure that Kris could totally deliver the good for his aspiring brother.

So what if Kris Aquino will become Noynoy’s spokesperson when elected as President?

Here is one scenario I created while under the spell of caffeine:

Reporters: Mam, how is President Noynoy Aquino doing? What are the things that he wants to accomplish on the first months in office?

Sec. Kris Aquino: Well, President Noynoy Aquino woke up very maaga. Tapos un, he had breakfast with us and Josh and Baby James, then sabi ko nga sa kanya, “Noy, wear this kasi you will look better on this barong. And this pants.” Grabe talaga, super dami ni President Noynoy na gustong gawin for our nation especially the mahihirap.

(one reporter smilling)

Sec. Kris Aquino: What? Why are you smilling? (laughs) Grabe naman, believe me guys. Noynoy will do everything para sa ating nation. Have you seen his new barong? Gawa ni friend kong si JC un. Looks great dib a? And you know, I told him nga kanina na ayusin ang hair nya or else matulad siya kay Boy Abunda (laughs).

(Kris has been speaking with the reporters for 3 hours nonstop).

Sec. Kris Aquino: And you know….

Dah dah dah dah…

So maybe I will just have to prepare myself for though if ever Noynoy wins and chooses an official presidential spokesperson, we will always hear Kris Aquino sharing to public things that would make Noynoy red-faced.

That is what you call a genuinely transparent Presidency.
