President Noynoy “P-Noy” Aquino has launched his own website as President of the Republic of the Philippines today as announced by Presidential Communications Office for Operations Secretary Herminio Coloma. The website will feature all the events and announcements about President Noy Aquino: speeches, photos, videos, and whereabouts.
It is also connected to social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Friendster and Multiply.
This website of Pres. Aquino said Secretary Coloma serves as a feedback mechanism of the government that will allow people to interact with the administration. A special page on this website is that people can actually post their comments, suggestions or reactions to different issues that they may want the President to address.

There’s one way of finding out, send emails via that site to PNoy and if it gets action or feedback from the OP, then it works. Hopefully it could be easily hacked like the other government websites.
Apart from this, there should be a portal for all government agencies and services, so that everyone would have an easy time accessing or inquiring about the government online.

I am the eldest of the 10 children in the family of the late Discora and Constantino Mangubat. My parents were both teachers in High School in Kalian National High School. Previously, they worked in Margosatubig Academy one of the private schools in Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur.
My mom passed away of January 1,2001, so my father was able to get a monthly pension as well as my siblings, they also received from SSS since my mom also taught in private school before and had SSS contribution. Then came March 2, 2004 my father passed away, this is the time that my problem come, I tried to claim the GSIS pension of my siblings but GSIS won’t allow me they said I need a court order. I forgot to mentioned that my father remarried to Camila Dadula Mangubat who is currently working in Iligan Institute of Technology in Physical Division. I told my step mom to be the guardian of
My siblings so she received the monthly pension for my siblings in SSS both of my father
And mother. However when 2007 came my siblings left Iligan City I sent them back to
Margosatubig Zamboanga del Sur to continue their education. Until now my step mom still continue to receive the monthly pension of my father and mother without giving us a’single centavo, I asked her so many times to give us the money, she said she used it during her hospitalization. This is so unfair po, kasi lahat ng mga kapatid ko ay binuhay ko sa sarili kong kayod at sweldo, sobra na talaga. I went to SSS to complain, no actions taken from them, ilang times akong pabalik balik don, wala pa rin, I already submitted
All the documents needed para ma transfer yung guardianship pero wala pa rin silang ginawa. All the papers po ay nandyan na po sa SSS Pilatiw Pasig City.

Good Morning ho Mr. President. speaking of Rationalization in government agencies as I understood it was to remove personnel without the proper qualifications and eligibilities, meaning theres vacancies within our different govt agencies. Last week my friend complained about HRM officers hiding the list of vacancies of their departments particularly the HRMO of the Department of Agriculture XII who refuses to accept applications from applicants who wants to apply for work. She tells applicants that there is no vacancy and refuses to accept applications forthe reason that the applications would just pile up in their “Bodegas”. Is it really like this in government that HRMOs have the right to choose whoever he/she feels to accept applications? Its quite discouraging. May I please request your good Office to please look into this matter as this can easily be abused. Tank you.

Mr President, i would like to make a suggestion that we use the Cultural Center Area and or the SM Mall of Asia as a replacement site for Cruise Ship docking. I think its a better showcase of Philippine progress rather than the Manila ports that we have now.

Good evening Mr. President. In behalf of the public school teacher retirees who had resumed pension this year, i am inquiring why we cannot receive our bonuses like the rest of the teachers. In fact we needed that like the rest. I had inquired from the GSIS General Santos City, and they answered me that we can only receive our bonuses after 5 years we had resumed pension. Mr. President, I am a Manobo datu of Agusan del Sur.I just want to share with you my burden. Meron po kasi akong gustong tulungan na tao. He was a Manobo man, no read, no write and unable to defend himself aside from the fact that he was so poor. He was imprisoned for 15 years already and actually he has to serve in jail for many years, for a crime he never did. Everybody in their community knew that he was just a victim of denied justice.His Excellency Sir, please help him and hear his case. For how many times we’ve tried to help him, but we were not heard. I hope this present administration will grant us favor to atleast give him justice. This miserable situation they had, had ruined his entire life. His wife commited suicide and his 12 children had scatterd everywhere, facing between life and death. Although I am skeptical that any message from one of us will have the chance to reach your attention, just the same I would like to take advantage of this site to air my dismay over the kind of service the LTO (NCR office)in Cubao has rendered.
Specifically, I am referring to RSU (Request for system Update)prepared by LTO-Parañaque which I personally transmitted to NCR office in Cubao on October 15, 2010 but only on December 02, 2010 was I able to get the Certificate of Registration for the used car I bought. Imagine 48 days to do the simple work of uploading?
Here’s another one, at Registry of Deeds in Pque it only takes a day to process and release chattel mortgage whereas in Pasay city they required no less than ten (10) days to do it.
In short Mr. President, please ask and beg to these local governments to help you reduce unemployment in the country, they need to hire people in those particular agencies/section to speed up the process of those simple tasks. Thank you!

Today is the feast day of the First Martyr Stephen. He was martyred because of his great faith in God. Due to that faith and good works he was stoned to death. As a President of our Country Phils. I believe you have all the power to do what is good for our country. I’ve read in the newspaper for the past whole weeks that your office have enough funding for our victims of flashflood in Cagayan, Iligan and other places in Mindanao.
Yes, I admires your effort in going there to bring goods to the victims. However, you are very much aware that food is not only their needs. As I read also. millions of dollars coming in to support the thousand victims in Mindanao. As what I’ve observed NGO and other private sectors already started to give their all out support. But to my surprise, only planning is still on going in your part especially in the building of houses for the victims. I believe that even only the donations coming from can be enough to build them all the housing free. I hope that these million of dollars can reach to the victims of SENDONG. As of now clean water and others goods and needs are mostly coming from the private sectors. My questions are: How did you do transparency of all these things. I hope that the DSWD will be an authentic agency to let these goods and donations be reached to the victims. Much more, works should be provided so that victims of floods will live and support their families. If of the constructions of housing will start soon because budget is more than enough. I hope that it will not be delayed and the people or the persons whom you have trusted will not used it for time deposit and delayed the constructions of the victims houses. You should be care on this aspect, because there are people who praises and support you well will be the one to impeach you the same what they did to Pres. Gloria. In the same way, the accusation to SC Chief Justice is a warning that we don’t have democracy because if the person be put there is your friend, then, how can he/she check you. However, if the person like Chief Justice Corona be there and did his best to do his role he can be an honest adviser to you as president. I would like also to inform you that not all who likes you are honest people. So ask God for proper way to give you wisdom to discern every action and signature that you are going to make. Dear Mr. President,
I am a dual citizen, Filipino Canadian and I would just like to make some recommendations on how to improve the government departments. First of, I see a lot of inefficiency every time I go to a government office. For example LTO, people are losing a whole day to get some services and other times you have to repeatedly go back. There seems to be inefficient use of manpower (too much) and too much redundancy and duplication, computer and manual paperwork being used at the same time. Things that gets done in Canada in 5 minutes, require all day or multiple days to get done. That should be unacceptable. The government need to be streamlined and get rid of redundancy in both manpower and processes.
I suggest the government require departments to hire ISO specialists to go over their processes, they will create new processes to help streamline and remove redundancy and duplications. This will not only help the departments to be thoroughly efficient, this will also help in eliminating corruption as this will be picked up by the process. In addition by removing unnecessary manpower, the government will realize substantial savings which can be directed to meaningful projects. Also by having efficient departments, more Filipinos would not be wasting their time in lineups and instead spend more productive time and thereby more tax revenues to the government. Just imagine if 1/4 of the Filipinos saved even just 1 hr, that would be 25,000,000 man hours saved which could be used for productive work, but I can say it’s more likely they would save days and not just an hour.
Just one example that totally baffles me is the use of both computerized system and manual entry systems. The question is why? It defeats the whole purpose of being computerized and paperless. Computers are supposse to make the processes efficient but if you keep the old system of keeping data then you are just creating additional work, might as well just stick with paper. I can go on and on but I think everyone has a good idea of what I’m talking about.

Consistent na nasa top po ang aking anak since 1st high school nya, ngayong nasa 3rd year na po siya, 3rd grading na din po going on their 4th grading na eh nasa top 6 pa din po ang aking anak. Biglang pinatawag po ang aking asawa ng guro ng aking anak at sinabing may panibagong patakaran na biglaan din pong ipinatupad ng kanilang principal na galing daw po ‘yong utos sa Main Branch nila na Arellano Sta. Mesa. Ang bagong patakaran daw po nila eh yong mga students na may grades lower than 85 eh hindi na po nila isasama sa top 10 nila. Ang anak ko po eh may grades from 1st grading-3rd grading ng mga sumusunod 80, 84 at 87. Sa palagay ko po Mr. President eh para naman pong unfair naman yon sa mga batang nagsusumikap na mag-aral at magpuyat para lamang po makamtan nila yong pwesto nila sa class nila, hindi po ba? Sana po nung 1st grading pa lang eh hindi na nila isinama pa sa top 10 ang anak ko kung talagang ganon ang magiging patakaran nila. Mr President I am an OFW working in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, I used to work before in the government office particularly National Commission on Indigenous Peoples but opted to resign after 15 years as an expression of my dis appointment on how this office was run by the officials of the previous administration, now that I am now in foreign country I saw and observed myself how the natives the original inhabitants of this country was taken cared of by the government, it is an complete opposite of the situations of natives the indigenous peoples of our own country.
