One of the largest religious groups in the Philippines has already spoken of their bet days before the May 2010 elections.
Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) endorses the tandem of Liberal Party’s Noynoy Aquino and Mar Roxas for the presidential and vice-presidential race.
The religious group has been proven to practice block voting and is expected to deliver up to 2 million votes. Previously, INC endorsed the candidacies of Joseph Estrada, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and both won the elections.
INC’s endorsement came from their Executive Minister Eduardo Manalo.
INC’s Senatorial Endorsement List:
“Rozzano Rufino Biazon (LP), Ramon Revilla Jr. (Lakas-Kampi-CMD), Pilar Juliana Cayetano (NP), Miriam Santiago (PRP), Franklin Drilon (LP), Juan Ponce Enrile (PMP), Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada (PMP), Teofisto Guingona III (LP), Manuel “Lito” Lapid (Lakas-Kampi-CMD), Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos (NP), Ralph Recto (LP), and Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.”
(Their senatorial list is the still the same old men and mostly “trapos”)
Noynoy Aquino admitted that he had met Eduardo Manalo thrice this year.
Will this endorsement be already what we can call the turning point of the fight for the presidency?

One word about the list of senators who got INC endorsement: lackluster. Most of them anyway. Pa-copy nga ng kodigo mo, bro.

pati ba local candidates sila ang nag de-decide? Pano kaya ang selection process nila. Pasensiya na po, di kasi ako religious. BTW, I respect their beliefs.
