The evidence you are talking about linking Jason to this case are testimonies, which are yet to be found veracious before a competent court.

It saddens me that my cousin is being prejudiced even prior to his arraignment.

I agree, that is the working of the law and what lawyering is all about… without it, lawyers will simply become non existent or simply shift a career to join the Davao Death Squad.

But that does not mean I think that people cannot already pass on judgment to Jason Ivler especially if there are vivid images, videos and pieces of evidence to show that the mother and son tandem are really not on that side of the fence to be given do much of the benefit of the doubt.

They are geniuses…that is beyond doubt.

If there is one important thing I’ve learned from UP Law, a person is deemed to be innocent until he is proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt before a competent court.

And so what if Marlene is a genius? Who knows? Perhaps being a genius really does run in the family.
