Thanks Fjords for the comment. When it comes to their technicians, with due respect, they are also prompt on responding to my problems by fixing it as soon as possible.

Though I can say that the technical problems plus the failure of the adaptor which has been replaced for the second time today is really a nasty part of the story.

At last, now you can blog to your heart’s content. Thank God for wonderful blessings. he he he…

Well, I’m using SmartBro and it has served my needs excellently. Perhaps, it really depend upon the personnel or staff in that particular area. The service crew here are very helpful and prompt in their services.

I also call the hotline *1888 whenever I have problems and would you believe that we do the troubleshooting using my cell phone? no charges of course.

It’s only when I pay that I go to their office. All technical concerns are handled by their hotline. Yes, there were times in the hotline service that I had to wait in line , but that’s expected with a big company catering to thousands of users. And there were times, the technicians came for a visit when we could not fix the problem through instructions on the phone, but generally, their service is good in our area.

What’s important is that, you have an internet connection and we can chat now thru YM,….he he he…Happy holidays!

At least here on our place, there are still lots of other choices when it comes to ISP, but then again, ISP’s service differ on different places.

Good thing, no pines or planes or giant trees are blocking the signal of my net here at home.

And alas, I can now blog to my heart’s content, ehehehe. And you thought me to be real bad on the staff of Smart, eheheh!

Lagi namang ganyan ang sinasabi nila, “we will fix it soon” or “may technical problems” pero super tagal nilang kumilos para ayusin ang mga ito.

Pero pagdating sa sinigilan ng bayad, napakabilis nila. Magugulat ka, kakabayad mo lang ng bill, mayroon na namang bago?!

Broken smartbro – that’s being kind after the hassle they put you through. We’re using SmartBro in our town. The initial year with it was horrible: intermittent signal, poor customer service. Anything and everything was blamed as the culprit for poor or lack of signal – tall pine trees blocking signal, etc. It has since improved, but how do we know? There’s no basis of comparison for us. They’re the only game in town. LOL.
