I agree, a class suit seems to be a plausible idea, but what I fear the same thing you said is the justice system of the Philippines is like a market place.

Elections. I will. This recent calamities will be one factor that would weigh on my decision who are to vote on 2010.

Perhaps a class suit against the government and private land developers for ignoring the plans and studies made decades ago warning against urbanization that disregards local topography and flood patterns.

Then again, this is the Philippines and we all know how our justice system works.

It would be best then to hit back at government officials where it hurts most, elections!

Ah, history books...are they still accurate? Many history books especially distributed on public schools are writen by bogus people and has re-written historical dates, events and personalities.

I don't even know if I could even still trust some history books out there.
