I think De Quiros has, sort of, retracted his statement after learning that Mar withdrew from the presidential race. However, I think Korina overreacted. Bato-bato sa langit, ang tamaan wag magalit.

I agree with Mr. de Quiros to remark that ms. korina sanchez has a conception that she will be the first lady in the palace because she pushing Sen. Mar Roxas to win the presidency in 2010 election. Ms Korina Sanchez then will gift Mr. Roxas a wedding. Maybe politics for me and to all candidates running in the presidential race in 2010 election is a warning for me on how i like to see improvements in my counrty devoid of corruption…Maybe 2 all presidentiables “atat na atat maging pangulo ng Pilipinas na nagpapakilala na para sa 2010 lahat ay gagawin para manalo sa presidente na nag enendorso sa mga okasyon ay naghahanda na sa 2010″

Binay is also included on the list of presidential candidates I am trying to look at. As you said he is a good chief executive and the presidency is a big administrative post. De Quiros recently wrote that it is wrong to say that on what qualifications do Noynoy qualify for we don't need a CEO this time rather someone to clean up the mess.

I guess in part that is right but it is more of an unrealistic thing.

Korina? Let us just leave her out there, ehehehe!

In my blog, I wrote about Sen. Aquino getting a good fighting chance in the presidential elections if everyone else will back out and only one candidate from the opposition will be fielded. I am not saying though that Sen. Noynoy is the best option for president of the country.

If ever, I would want to see Binay as president, for he knows his role as chief executive. He is not a politician only, who is only concerned about popularity, running for congress and senate just to get nearer to the top spot.

Anyway, regarding de Quiros hirit about Mar Roxas and other presidentiables–well I do not exactly agree that being overeager does not mean that one is not qualified. After all, eagerness is one of the traits sought for in job applicants.

But regarding Korina, I don’t really care about her.
